Your NVISIA Career Path

At NVISIA, we know that your professional growth not only benefits you, it also benefits our clients. To foster your career growth and ability to meet new challenges, we offer three distinct career paths. While all three require a foundation in technology, each focuses on developing and expanding specific skill sets:

  • Technology Path - this path includes our Technical Architects, Senior Technical Architects, and Technical Directors. On projects these individuals help to define the technical direction and continually lead, validate, and monitor the implementation of the solution.
  • Project Management Path - this path includes our Project Leads, Project Architects, and Principals. On projects these individuals define and execute the project plan as well as help manage the relationship with the client from a project perspective.
  • Requirements Path - this path includes our Systems Behavior Analysts and Senior Systems Behavior Analysts. On projects these individuals facilitate requirements gathering and case modeling by driving the standards and templates for requirements elicitation and case modeling.

As an NVISIA employee, you’ll be assigned a Career Advisor — a senior technologist or leader responsible for supporting your career growth and development. The Career Advisor supports and helps you define your development along a career path, creating and maintaining a development plan, and meeting with you regularly to monitor your career growth.
