YMCA of the USA (Y-USA), the national office for YMCAs throughout the USA, contracted NVISIA and Archstone (the management consulting partner on this project) to implement a web-based knowledge-management system that will become the definitive resource for all YMCA-related knowledge and collaboration. The proposed system will provide audience-appropriate content to Y-USA and YMCA website users. This project documented business requirements and recommended organizational and process changes, including technical requirements, architecture recommendations, high level information about potential packaged solutions, a preliminary roll out plan and delivery cost estimate.
