Galileo International, L.L.C. has selected NVISIA to lead the development of their next generation MyGalileo Application.
The MyGalileo application is a portal used by travel agents contracted with Galileo. NVISIA has been chartered with updating the MyGalileo system in order to extend its usage. Two of the areas that the new MyGalileo is to deliver are enhanced reporting capabilities and improved contract management functionality. The delivery of the new MyGalileo application is expected to increase usage and reduce the reliance on Customer Service Representatives, thus reducing costs. NVISIA was contacted for this project based upon previous work with Orbitz and experience with JBoss.
